What's going on with the "chn leaving care at 18" benchmarking measure?
In the benchmarking tool, for the measure about children leaving care at 18 as a proportion of all children leaving care at 16+, there are 63 LAs with a figure of 100%. What's going on there?

I've just gone back to the DfE data publication and I find that this has been caused by data suppression in the release. For a lot of LAs, the total children leaving care aged 16 and 17 are both suppressed, meaning the only 16+ care leavers we know about in the release are the 18 year olds, which means we can either use just that as the denominator and supply a figure, or exclude any LAs with any suppression in these totals from the benchmarking charts.
You can alter the numbers for your own LA yourself in the hidden Data_AllLAs tab of the benchmarking tool (for these measures you'll want column AEK specifically), but I can't change this in the master copy as I'll then be bypassing the DfE's suppression in a data tool which could conceivably find its way into the public domain.
