Chat 6.10 - Incorrect Statement in List 5? - child(ren) with a repeat ICPC within 12 months of latest Section 47
Having dug around how this works, the statement "child(ren) with a repeat ICPC within 12 months of latest Section 47" appears to incorrect. It references, via different tabs List 5, column AD. Column AD's job appears to be to clean up column L if there are duplicates. However the formula in AD makes no reference to more than 1 repeat ICPC, or whether it has happened in the last 12 months of a S47:-

In our case I identified 1 case of a repeat ICPC, not the 18 is suggested. It would be useful to clarify if I have understood this correctly.
